Careers Month

The Researcher Development team's Research Staff Careers Consultants provide dedicated careers support throughout the year. Careers Month, held in June, complements this core programme with weekly briefing sessions, quick career queries, and careers-focused blog posts.

Our careers workshops are open to research staff on fixed term contracts (research assistants and associates, post-docs, and research fellows) and academic teaching staff on fixed term contracts (teaching assistants and teaching fellows). We also support academic staff on open ended contracts with review dates (OERD), this does not include academic staff on open-ended lecturing contracts.

Further information about the Careers Month programme will be available in May 2027.
