Workshop and Events pages Eligibility, Booking and Cancelling Eligibility Our careers workshops are open to research staff on fixed term contracts (research assistants and associates, post-docs, and research fellows) and academic teaching staff on fixed term contracts (teaching assistants and teaching fellows). We also support academic staff on open ended contracts with review dates (OERD), this does not include academic staff on open-ended lecturing contracts. Booking Workshops open for booking at the start of the academic year. Cancelling If you need to cancel your booking, please do so at your earliest opportunity and at least 3 days before the event. Someone else may be able to take your place, but we need time to contact them.
