Horizon Europe collaborative calls – clusters workshop About During the workshop we will approach one of the key questions in collaborative proposal development within Pillar II: What does a competitive consortium look like? Part of the answer lies in Work Programme text. On the practical level, it is the ability to methodically move across different layers of the text that plays a vital role in deciding who to invite to join your consortium. How Initially, we will focus on examining selected Horizon Europe cluster work programmes in Pillar II. We will then shift attention to identifying a relevant call type and opportunity. Following that, we will structure the session so that each group has an opportunity to discuss key aspects of the call text. This will lead us to a discussion around optimal consortia composition to successfully apply for and deliver projects within the set call parameters. What you will gain Understanding of how Pillar II Cluster Work Programmes relate to specific calls/topics Basic skills in navigating and analysing call text for proposal development Basic skills in interpreting information within call text to decide on consortium partners Networking lunch There will be an opportunity for informal networking over lunch (light lunch provided by ERO). We invite professional services colleagues who support bid development to participate as well and to share their thoughts about effective support for collaborative proposals in the Horizon space.
